Default Need some help, in the middle of doing my swap.

I have a 99 Civic DX Hatchback (OBD2B) and i'm putting in a 98 Integra LS motor (OBD2A), with the Integra ECU, i bought a OBD2B>OBD2A ECU Harness.. so that means i keep my civic engine harness correct? are there any other electrical mods i'll have to do? or will everthing plug up?
