Default Turbo smoking under boost.... drainline help!!!

My turbo smokes under boost...most likely because my drainline doesn't enter the block above the "oil line" I run approx 7 quarts of oil in my engine, and the oil line is above the point at which my return is located...which happens to be at the top of the pan. Is there some kind of "sump" or trick I can do to stop this from happening? Besides drilling a hole in my block?
