What would this run?
What would a 96 GSR with this list of mods run 0-60, 1/4, 40-70 times?
hks wastegate; greddy type-S blow off valve; greddy upgraded intercooler; thermal 3" exhaust system; turbonetcics T3/T40E trim turbo with 60-1 turbine upgrade with polished inlet; custom fabricated downpiping by inline performance, 440cc RC injectors, apex super afc; greddy profec-b boost controller; greddy boost gauge; vortec fmu; ground control coil over system with koni adjustable shocks, hks head gasket; apr head sutds; rc big bore throttle body; aem cam gears; str cam seal; skunk 2 intake manifold; rev-hard exhaust manifold, bbk fuel pump, brand new clutchmasters stage 4 clutch, new clutchmasters lightened flywheel, integra LS tranny with quaife lsd

1) You did not mention a boost level.
2) You do not mention any internal engine modifications and list that the S-AFC and 440s will be your primary means of fuel control. Given this, your boost level must be low and that 60-1 is not going to help you much.

too much variables like dustin said you really need to find out boost level and other elements. It will be fast car probably not that fast running the stock block. probably 9-12psi max. I would say lows 13s in 1/4 with 105 trap speed.
What about an LS with a greddy bolt on turbo. With the upgrade to FMIC? I'm looking for an Integra with a turbo already installed. Would I like a Greddy turbo on an LS?
