Default whats mods to make to b16 to make it run more efficient?

I was wondering what kind of mods there are out there that would increase the efficiency of my b16 without changing the powerband?(EX.Hondata intake gasket) i already have bolt-ons I/h/e and type r cams and flywheel clutch. Was thinking of low temp thermostat and Koyo/fluidyne radiator. well just a thought...lemme know what you guys think,

get some adjustable cam gears, a larger throttle body, better intake manifold. Then go to the dyno and get it tuned with uberdata.

i have had a bad experience with both intake manifold, and the throttle body mods. They seemed to make me slower. i want mods that really dont effect the powerband. More along the lines of making the car faster without making me rev higher.

I'd think an IM would help if your running Type R cams? I don't know.

it sounds to me like you want breathing and ignition mods. just get a good cold air intake, header and exhaust, and aftermarket ignition. people say the ignition makes mor power, but my personal opinion is you don't need it unless you have a high compression or fi setup. also try cleaning your injectors, better atomization = more power. maybe a ground kit. do some stuff to reduce parasitic loss like pullys and lighter wheels. thats probably about it if you really don't wanna effect your power band

i agree, iridium plugs, lighter wheels, carbon bonnet, thermostat, thinner oil, heat wrap for intake and exhaust manifold, hondata intake manifold gasket, HT leads but Hondas are good, tuning, cam gears, cold air intake or feed, runnin out of ideas now but these are a few.

radiators are expensive and only needed if your car is used for racing, will not benefit you on the road.

K thanks guys. Was wondering what do you guys think of the JG Lightspeed headers? they are a 4-2-1 design. I also have a friend selling Oldschool RS*R headers 4-2-1 design. Would these be a good choice or would 4-1 still be the best route?
