The IACV comes to play when your car is at normal operating temp. It controls the idle at regular temp operation. It uses coolent temp to control air flow at idle. You can clean it if you want, but it didn't help my problem. PM me if you have any more questions

I wouldn't put 92 octane gas into your car until you get your turbo installed onto your car...the hole idea of higher octane fuel with your turbo is to eliminate detonation.
