need help from people with turboed accords
Whats up, i need some advice from people that have turboed accords (preferably 6th gens) i was wondering if anyone is boosting low (9psi or below) and using a afc hack or anything like that to tune (not an expensive AEM EMS) I want to know if cars that arent running stand alones, and are they running like **** or if they are pretty close to stock feeling. Also, whats the best afc to run, im trying to keep it under 200 bucks for a used model.
use an SAFC 1 or 2 if you *must* run the hack
convert to OBD1 and run hondata/uberdata, or suck it up and buy the AEM EMS. <--- best option
or just get an FMU, missing link, & inLINE fuel pump and keep it under 7 psi
cheap, fast, reliable. choose TWO you will not get all three.

uberdata doesnt work on OCDII, simple as that....if your "tuner" didnt know that, maybe you should take the car somewhere else

I switched (well the EMS is still in the box in my room
) to AEM from Hondata. I was really unimpressed with Hondata and I'm sure uberdata is less impressive (16 v. 32 bit). And the hack is lowest on the totem pole
Honestly if you can't afford the EMS, I'd go FMU.
Jdogg summed it up beautifully when he said that comparing Hondata/Uberdata to the EMS is like comparing an etch-a-sketch to a supercomputer
