Default B16a2 Tick

Hey guys, i just had my valves adjusted by Honda and I was just wondering if it is normal to hear any sort of tick from inside the car. It's not loud, but it is a little annoying sometimes. Or is this the normal Honda tick?

Was the tick there before? I notice a slight tick from my B16a as well.

When i first got the car i didn't notice it, probably 2 months after i had it was when i first heard it, but maybe i just didn't notice or had the music up louder before.
I just wanna know if it's something to worry about.

Yes, OBD0 injectors are loud, but loud enough to be heard from inside the cabin

And the typical honda tick is probably from the engines being raced too much imo

Are LMAs or Injectors something that should be changed if they begin to tick?

I have a JDM B16a and it ticks around the injectors for sure, but also I notice a tick that sounds clearly from the head. I've heard that somtimes they need valve adjustments to correct it. If I were to buy new valves, springs, and retainers would that fix clicking/ticking problem? (Providing the valve adjustment didn't fix it)

buy some prelude lma's, cheaper than the itr's. My jdm b16a did tick a lot and when i checked my lmas some of them stuck. I guess they wear out 15 years later. If you do a valve lash and make sure its not ur injectors or both then its your lma's most likely.

Ok I have a couple of questions:
•How do I check my LMAs
•What is valve lash? Why would my injectors have anything to do with valve lash?
•I have never seen LMAs for sale, or anywhere (until this thread I never heard of them before), any idea where I might be able to find some? (Please don't say ebay)

Thanks for your help

Thanks so much InJ3cted, looks like I got some reading ahead of me

I did do a little reading already, so the ITR LMAs will work without need of modification?
