Default How bad is it when oil goes where it shouldn't?

My Day...
I drive to work...car running fine. I go on lunch...car won't start.

The Problem...
Turns over just fine, just no spark. I check connections of wires to distributor, fine. I check wires to plugs, gotta problem. 3 of 4 gaskets went bad, now I have oil inside my plug wires and covering my plugs.

The Fix...
I soak up what oil I can before removing the spark plugs. Couldn't get much out though. Replaced; spark plugs, spark plug wires, valve cover gaskets, 4 gaskets between valve cover and head protecting plugs, 4 gaskets on top on valve cover.

Afterward...
Car started just fine. I've only driven it twice since I replaced the parts. Driving it as little as possible at this moment.

My question...
Some oil did get through when the spark plugs were removed, how much I don't know. Should I be prepared for something else to got wrong relating to this or will that amount of oil just burn and not be a concern?

...this was on my 90 Accord EX.

Thought about that.

Was thinking a F22B swap (94-97 Accord EX...SOHC VTEC). But $75 in parts and 1 hour of my time was way cheaper. And continues my 261k+ on this car.

To avoid this in my other Accord I'm doing some easy maintance on it tomarrow as-well. Better to stay ahead.

Fix it now to save $ down the road. I have no idea how long my gaskets were bad and was leaking oil into my plugs. Just one day...1 plug was completely submersed in oil and spark wasn't happening.

You motor can last sooooooooooo long. Take care of it now. I just passed 262k on my way home from work tonight.
