Default suggestions, opinions, anything.... need help

swaped a 94 b18c into a 99 cx hatch. starts up and idles fine. no cel's. when i try to rev quickly, bogs and chokes out. if i rev it slowly it will climb up to about 5-6k. when driving it, seems to not want to go past 3-4k rpms. i can only get up to about 25 mph. i'm using stock 99 cx wiring harness, evasive motorsports obd2b-obdI conversion harness, stock obdI p72.
here's what i've already done to try and fix the prob.
new dizzy from 2000 gsr, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, rewired obdI injectors, tried running 00si ecu, gutted cat. i've checked and rechecked the timing over and over again. it is right. anybody got any other suggestions??? otherwise, i'm thinking about quiting...

how long has your car had the existing gas in the tank? Have you done a compression test?

gas is pretty new... put some new stuff in there when the motor was swapped in.... haven't done a compression test yet... the motor ran perfectly fine when it was in the donor car.

are you running rich? the new fuel pump may have increased the fuel pressure too much. When you go WOT, you are flooding the cylinders with too much fuel to efficiently burn. If so, try a FPR. my $.02.
