Newbie question bout mini me swap

will my stock valve cover fit on the sohc vtec head? i have a 97 del sol s model with the d16 non vtec motor and i wanna do a mini me head swap

no it will not fit..sohc vtec spark wires are on the bottom...and non vtec has the spark plugs on the top....wow

Isn't a '97 del sol OBD-2
'cause if it is, then the non-vtec version is a d16y7, which has the same valve cover as the vtec (d16y8).
