why my DA integra cooling fan doesn't switch on??? anybody help.
Here's the situation....
Overheating problems are occuring with stop and go. I have narrowed it down to the cooling fan not coming on.
-- I unplugged the cooling fan and wired it directly to battery...so I know the FAN works...
Any suggestions as to testing other things?
I checked the fuses for cooling fan and cooling fan relay inside car fuse box...
I have heard that maybe the cooling fan relay is no good....Where is that located???
Also, is there a test for the cooling fan switch which in my case is located on the thermostat housing (like newer teg's)?
Please let me know guys.
Thanks.

Thanks for all your help...
It was a bad relay.......
Jumped the cooling fan switched with a jumper wire to test...and relay was not clicking.....
Took the relay off of my A/C..(which is now gone)....and she works again....

the problem with that is when you're on the highway, there is no need for the fan to be on.
i like it working the right way, for the fan to come on when its suppose to. no mickey mouse for me.
