Default engine bogging....need help

okay, got a 02 si. turbo equiped. this is whats up, i hit high rpm or hit the gas and there is no *****. the car used to pick up really fast. now it starts boggin like a bitch. we originally thought maybe a fuel filter..but the car doesnt have one, checked with a honda dealer in cali. it could be bad spark, bad injectors, idk, but all i know is there is definetly not enough fuel getting to the engine for combustion. we have also thought about how it might be a bad reflash on the computer, because ever since i had it done, the check engine light has been on because somthing is blowin out the downstream o2 sensor. and every time its replaced it just goes again. i havent checked the fuel pump..dont see what could cause a problem there. we have a few more ideas, but has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone have an idea about whats going on?

any guesses? i mean, like i said, it could also be a combination of things. the bad computer can be running my car to rich, which is dumping way to much fuel, and possibly cuasing the excess to kill my cat which would kill my downstream o2 sensor? idk, so many things!
