Default Engine bogging: need some input!!

I have a 92 Honda prelude si.

My engine recently started bogging out and running almost completely lean whenever I stay at an rpm for about 10 seconds or less. I changed the fuel filter and spark plugs on it already. This stopped the problem for about a week. Then it came back again. I have an idea that it might be the injectors but im hoping it's not.

any ideas????
need some help with this one to possibly save money and time.

Thats one other thing I took into consideration. But everyone has been telling me that an o2 sensor wouldn't make my car run lean.

I said if its a bad signal the motor wont no to put more or less gas in, so that could be why.

they say most likely not.

I guess ill have to do it trial error style?
