long story short, my boy looked under my car and told i had a ITR sway bar. i thought he was just joking, till he showed me his GSR sway bar( boy it so small).

when i found that he mite be rite,i was happy and scared, HAPPY because i dont have to buy a SSR sway bar, SCARED becuase my subframe mite be tearing out.

-how do i know if i have JDM or USDM ITR sway bar?

- should i guess i NEED a A-spec subframe brace.. any other options?

I have no clue. Get a tape measure and wrap it around the bar. I believe the JDM bar is a few mill's thicker.

As far as the subframe goes, i have never heard of a problem on the EH3's. Only on 92-95 and EK's, but you might want to invest in the subframe brace anyways. Couldnt hurt.

Measure the diameter. The USDM ITR bar is 22mm. JDM ITR bar is 23mm.

If you don't have a micrometer or caliper to measure diameter, do a little math and you can easily find the circumferece of each. USDM would be 69.1mm, JDM would be 72.3mm.
