Default wat will this built D eninge run?

i am about to buy this engine i was wondering what can i expect this engine to run? 1/4 mile or estimated HP? here are the specs...and this is going for $750..does it sound fair?


2000 ex d16y8 block APPROX. 3-4k miles
Pauter e4340 billet chromoly rods with custon oil
feeding holes and bronze bushings with arp rod bolts.
floating type piston rods
.020 je pistons forged steel 10:5:1 compression with
forged wrist pins and chromoly locks, these are
floating wrist pin pistons
had d16y8 head gasket and bumped the compression to
around 11:6:1

block was balanced and rotated to 12k, whole rotating
assembly was balnced
block was notched for big end rods
block was custom overbored to .020
block has new rod bearings
block has new main bearings
block has new thrust washers
block has new oil pan gasket
block was digrinded clean
block was honed
block pistons were stamped for each cylinder
new timing belt
shot peened crankpulley
shot peened flywheel
shot peened clutch
: head is a d16z6
has new d16y8 camshaft for higher lift
head has been slightly milled
head has new valve seals
head has been cc checked
head has been magnaflexed
head has polished y8 camshafts
head valves were cleaned and polished
head exhaust ports were cleaned
head intake ports were cleaned
head has d16z6 intake manifold,
head has d16z6 injectors
head has new intake manifold gasket
head has new exhaust manifold gasket
head has new throttle body gasket

swap was in a 00 civic dx. runs good, included transmission,

about 60,000 before it needs a tune up. that's what it will run.

sorry for posting w/o reading the rules....but one more quick question....should i go w/ this motor swap or better turbo my old d engine? which is stock

He can go retarded with his ignition and timing. I don't understand why honda's need such low compression to avoid detonation. My friend said his supra has high compression pistons that give him something like 14:1 compression, and he's running advanced timing.
