B18 Block...

B18 Block...
Say i had a B16 complete motor. And i wanted to use the B18 block. Could i just switch blocks for what else would need to be changed. Or could i just replace all the internals with aftermarket internals? Thanks alot guys

yeah, if it is a b18 vtec nothing really to do, but non-vtec you got to make some mods.
