Default no spark on my h22a1 obd1 engine obd2 harness with external coil???

I recently swapped on h22a1 in my 96 civic. I am running a p28 ecu and have an external coil to run. The dizzy cap has the spot to run the external coil and i got my power source from the igniter and my neg. from the single green wire coming from the dizzy. The thing is i get a single spark when i crank the car, but just not enough to crank over the engine. Anyone have a clue what is happening?? And yes I converted my wiring harness from civic to prelude, access motors in signal hill, CA did that for me.

I appreciate your help

I know this is stupid...but did you double check your firing order? If you have spark that the only thing that comes to mind right away.

firing order is right, nothing wrong with it, but it just wont crank over.
