90 civic swap
d series motors. d15b1, b2, b7, b8, y7, d16a6, z6, z1, a1, etc.
anything without two cams, from a civic. (f22s from accords are not d-series and dont fit. )
also the DOHC ZC does fit as it is also a d-series motor, the only dual cam one.
the search feature is usually very helpful here, try it!

Your next question will be will a b16a fit with mounts, followed by will a b18c fit, followed by will an h22 fit. I dont want to come across as a dick, but please search this forum, this has ben asked and covered so many times.

The short answer is, yes. ANY engine can be made to "fit" into just about ANY car, if you're drunk or rich enough to tackle it.
Look around, familiarize yourself with the car and the popular/common engine swaps, and start laying out a plan from there. You don't really have to know right this second, do you? Are you doing the swap tonight? If not, you've got time to do your research.
BTW: While it might "technically" be a B-series engine, you don't want a '90 Prelude Si engine in your CRX. WAAAAAAAYYYYYY too much work and fabrication, welding, and wiring for what you get out of it.
Check out some of the "Need engine suggestions" or "What's a good swap for my CRX?" threads, and you'll start to get a better picture of what you're looking for, and what you're looking at.
