itr dude. H series would require mad fab work digging into the pockets pretty deep. with an ITR you need the motor mounts and a few misc. parts but honestly they'll come out to about the same

itr motor= 4k

h22 with fab work= 4-5k

I'd do the R. H will require lots of fab work and such. Plus the H is heavier and will throw off the balance of the car, unless u plan to do lots of suspension tuning as well

wow. someone's on the rag? people need to calm down sometimes. panties in a twist for no reason.

anyway, the simple answer to the original post was something along the lines of this:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by spoolingb20 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">There have been quite a few very long and informative threads made on this topic already!

In other words, do a search and i'm sure you'll find all the info you need.

and that should be /thread

i say neither.... if your thinking of going with itr you obviously have money. so i say go with a k-series. gauranteed 12's on a stock motor in an eg6.

What is all the Fab work that everyone on here is speaking of. You need to make the existing shiftlinkage hole larger and then add a second hole in front of it (cable tranny) The wiring harness has to be modified but there are step by step instructions for this on HT and all over the net. Mounts, axles, ecu there are many different ways to go about it also using existing honda parts from other vechicles or using afteramarket parts.
I see that alot of people hate on the H motor but i bet most of them havent swapped one in or even driven one. Its not that hard of a swap ive done both H and B and its really not much more difficult. If you can read and apply your set.
I would deff go with the H do some serious research pm and tlak to some people who already have one. You will deff be happy.
Here is a another good site that talks about all the rumors.

well when people post for the hell of posting without knowing what the hell they are talking about, they should just shut up and let someone who knows post an answer intead of trying to make their post count higher.
