zc/d16?
Well aight i was looking at some websites where they sell motors and i came across a 1.6 zc sohc vtec and it says 140 hp isnt the same thing as a d16z6 1.6 sohc vtec 125 hp or are they different i tried searching but this is what it said

That's what I put in my Civic. I don't know why some people still haven't heard of it. It's basically a D16 but it uses a shorter VX timing belt. It has a VTEC solenoid of course but no vtec oil pressure switch. It also lacks a vacuum port for the fuel canister, but you can use a vacuum T from the FPR. 140hp no... 130 at the crank maybe. Much less at the wheels of course.
yeah some places say they have 140, some 130
i doubt it actually has 140
but it's more than the US d16z6 thats for sure,
the engine is pretty similar but it has a better cam
