I was having a fuel-related idle problem, so I upped my idle a little bit, and then reset the ecu by unplugging the fuse for 5 mins, plugging back in, and then starting up and letting it idle for 10 mins. The whole time I never unplugged emanage from the ecu.

I shut the car back off, then started to drive it - it stutters horribly in every gear across the whole RPM range. Is there a special way to reset the ECU or to let it learn how the engine runs when there's an emanage unit connected?
