The 2 most likely possibilities are either the O2 sensor or the TPS...
if its the TPS, its possible you have to rewire it... There are 3 wires that lead to the plug, one is ground, which you leave alone, and you have to swap the other 2...
one has a constant (i think) 4.5v and the other is a fluctuating voltage depending on throttle possition.. I had the 10% stutter, rewired the tps, and gone.. after a year+ of having it and trying everything in the world...
hope this helps

yeah rob the guy who helped do the swap had adjusted it but nothing changed im not sure at all what it would be. i heard some guy had the same problem like this and after driving it for so long it just went away but i want to try and fix it before something goes wrong....im SICK of **** going wrong

alright then i will look into rewiring and hopefully solving the problem thanks

haha, this recently started on my car, I said to myself maybe the o2 sensor. The next day I go get a resonator and bang, the wire of the o2 sensor was just there hanging. Gonna go to the junk yard this weekend cause I cant grasp the wire from the sensor no more.
