Default integra smoking.....need help....

i have a 90 integra, that's been sitting around for about 1year and a half, due to bad waterpump, overheating...i recently replaced the waterpump and timing belt. the blades on the waterpump were rusted and cracked into the sleeves. the problem i have is white smoke along with some moisture. Replaced headgasket, same problem..the engine also idles roughly when warming up or in park{auto tranny}. when i pop it in drive the rough idle stops.By rough idle i mean the idle constantly jumps from 1k to 2 1/2. i was thinking bad cat converter, o2 sensor, iacv? im stuck, plz help???just want to get it fixed so i can make some cash for a swap for my ek...

try do a compression test on all the cylinders... may be the rings or ringlands... check the spark plugs... if you see oil on them your rings, ringlands, or valve seals may be causing the smoke... good luck!

compression is good all around, it's white smoke, so ill have to say it has to do with coolant leaking somewhere, or i was thinking alot of moisture in the cat converter from sitting to long, just want to get some advice before i start buying stuff. any other info?
