it is 13 I believe. it has to be an extended bearing, if you look at 13 in the diagram it is gonna allow the shaft to slide through it while spinning. I may be wrong but that logic from the diagram you presented would make the most sense. I am not a honda mechanic.

Ugh. I've been comparing my Helms to this and now I've got a headache.
Part# 11 is a (28X60X15) bearing, which appears to be the same as what you found. HAP (Majestic) doesn't list the same part#s.
Part# 12 is a (80X40X18) bearing, but I think that's the differential bearing.
Of course, I'm assuming the Y21 and S21 are the same - my Helms lists the B16A2 tranny as an S21, not quite sure where Y21 came from... heck, even the 99-00 Civic Si used an S21... JDM part#?

part 11 isnt the same thing
that goes into the other shaft counter shaft or whatever is called next to the mainshaft

No, part#3 & #13 are for the countershaft, which lines up with my exploded diagram (follow the line on that picture to the center seat, that's where the countershaft sits).
The confusing thing in that picture is that they've got the differential on the right side of the picture, if they were lined up left to right based on where they sit in the housing, the differential would be on the left and go into the recessed transmission hole on the left.
part# 11 is the front mainshaft bearing (input shaft bearing, whatever). It goes into the hole in the housing on the right, which is where the line puts it and where my exploded diagram puts it. It's a bearing and it seats around the input shaft...
