Default Was A/C standard or option on '92-'95 Si's?

Just like the topic says, does anyone know if Air Conditioning was a standard item or an option for the Si model, particularly in '93.

Thanks,

Sean

Optional. I've had two '93 Si, one had it, one didn't.

I think is was optional on all the 92-93, then came in standard on the 94-95. Well my old 92 si did come with a/c.

For your Si that didn't have it, did it have a blank where the a/c button goes, and is there a plug of some sort in the back of the housing where the evaporator usually is? Thanks alot,

Sean

I believe it was an option added on by the dealer and not the factory. I remeber buying my 92 Civic CX having them install the AC while I was doing the paperwork.

Dealer installed accessory.

A/C was standard only on EX models.

optional straight across the board. it was a dealer installed accessory. my 94 si did not have a/c, and my friends 95 si does not as well.

There was a blank where the a/c button should have been. I don't know about the plug in the back of the housing, because I never had to get behind to look at it.
