rotor 180 out
Turning the engine while the distributor CAP is off doesn't cause any problems. Look for something else.
Plug wires in the wrong order?
Plug wires damaged by pulling while removing them?
Lost the little carbon button that contacts the center of the rotor?
If you had removed the entire distributor & spun the engine, then you would have to look at the position of the engagement slot when you put the distributor back in. Still not a problem unless you forced it in backwards. Then it wouldn't run at all.

I agree with JimBlake. Turning your motor over with the distributor cap off won't harm anything. I know of quite a few Civic people who have done it to get their rotor into position so the retaining screw can be removed. (on some Civic's the screw is hard to get to so many people turn the motor over a couple times to get it into a better position)
you cannot put rotor 180 off on those cars distr shaft has a flat spot rotor can only go in 1 way nor can you put distr itself 190 off it is offset design it can only match camshaft 1 way
if anyone did any timing work ,,cam timing could be off , plug wires not in right holes in cap ??

The blade on the distributor shaft is offset, like the slot in the camshaft. But I've heard of people FORCING it in backwards. Seems to me they would just about have to hammer it in. That should have been a clue to them...
