Starting problems 92 cx
i got this cx the otehr day and it runs. but when you first crank it up the first time of the day it takes awhile. you have to let it crank for about 7 seconds before it starts. once its starts and warms up starting it up again is no problem. i changed the cap and roor and put new plugs. still did no good. any advice?
call a honda dealership or in the haynes serivice manual for 92-95 SOHC in the first couple of pages there are symptoms and cranking before starting is one and there is a TSB doesnt tell you how to fix it but it has something to do with the fuel pump

No... A TSB does not indicate a free of charge repair.
