Problems with the CEL on a B18b
I need help really badly cause I don't want to have to bring it to a shop to get it fixed and I need the car for work.
So I have no idea what the hell is wrong with the car cause the CEL just stays on and when I try to pull the codes (jumping the grey service plug) the CEL still stays on!
Now, I took a circuit tester and jumped terminals 5 and 7 on the connector for the main relay with the key in the ON position and the circuit tester doesn't come on.
With that situation, the Haynes manual (my helms is on a disc and I don't really have a computer right now so don't bug me) said to check my number 2 fuse. Which one is that one? The back-up fuse? Cause that one looks fine to me.
I checked all sensors visible and nothing seems wrong.
I opened up the ECU to see if something seems wrong. Nothing
Grounds seem okay as well.
So if you guys have suggestions, I'm open to them. This is pissing me off

Yeah, the problem with HT on here is that not too many people respond unless you bump it everyday.
But yeah, about my car: The ECU belongs to the same b18b engine.
Problem that I'm noticing is that the CEL stays on even after the keys been in the ON position for a while. Fuel pump doesn't prime and I'm pretty sure it's not the relay, but I'm still going to run some "tests".
So yeah, if the pump doesn't prime and the CEL light stays on, WTF does that mean? Is my ECU toast? Cause if it is, I'm open for donations
Or, I'm really open for someone selling a OBD 1 Integra LS ECU that is IF it's toast. Oh yeah, I can't seem to pull codes for some reason. I jump the used a jumper wire, but the ******* thing doesn't blink. It stays on
Anyways, help!!
