I know it is possible to pull the diff without having to pop the ball joints, but does anybody have a write up or tips. I am swapping final drive gears and need to pull the diff to take to the mechanic. Vapor, I think you have swapped gears a few times. Any hints? Thanks.

Sorry, but you have to "pop" the ball joints. It's no big deal either.
