Default ITR Dash Harness/Fuel Gauge help! need good input!

Would anyone happen to have a wiring diagram for the cluster wiring off of a '98 DC2? I replaced my cut Dash harness when I rebuilt my '98 ITR with supposedly a '98 DC2 dash harness, but my gas gauge needle doesnt move.

The interesting part is that My seatbelt light is allways on and when I fill my gas tank up my seatbelt light gets real bright. When my tank gets low, the light goes dim. Ive even disconnected the seatbelt plug underneith the seat and it still stays on leading me to believe that these two wires are switched at the plug. My friend tells me I can swap the wires at the fuse box instead of behind the cluster but I dont know which two to swap.

So can anyone post a wiring diagram and show me how to swap these two wires?
TIA Gil

well I rebuilt a complete stolem recovery and replaced the cluster with a USDM '98 ITR cluster. Interestingly I installed a '95 GSR cluster and the fuel gauge worked but the cluster flashed all crazy when I turned on the turn signals. I really think just these two wires are switched, maybe the owner of the dash harness before me swapped them to run a '96 ITR spec cluster or something?

try a 96 (manual tranny)integra cluster and transfer the green film over to the cluster you are using now.

the green film on the 98 spec cluster you have could have been switched to a obd1 version.

is the '96-97 different than the 94-95 cluster?

ohh so if 98+ and 94-95 doesn't work...it must be a 96-97 dash harness correct?

You can also swap the gauges too. You just need to make sure which cluster harness your car is.
