Ok, Im doing a gsr swap into a eg cx hatch (Canadian model apparently)

We've used a 92-95 civic harness off of a lx model, all plugs align no problem there.

Only code it's throwing is a 21 (vtec noid)

It's not starting, it turns over only! We had a bad injector so I changed it out, then I saw that the o2 sensor wasn't hooked up, so I did that

I did a cel check hoping to narrow down the problem, but it's only giving me one code, and I've ran a car without vtec hooked up, so Im doubting that it has to be hooked up for it to start right????

I will wire it up once it starts, is there anything else I should check or do
