Cel Code 1259 is a problem with VTEC. p-1259 is "VTEC system malfunction. Cel Code 1337 is (RPM) Fluctuation Sensor No Signal. Here is a list of the ECU Codes.

Hope that helps, somewhat.

I have a JDM GSR in my EK and ran into the same problem. The JDM engines are actually missing a sensor on the vtec solenoid. That is why the JDM ecu can't isnt pulling anything up. I jus replaced it with the USDM solenoid. I am not sure what the other code was but I know for my swap we had to cut a wire and combine it with another sensor for the crank sensor. My car now has no cel's on.
