there quite a few things that can cause stuff like that....
Check for:
Vacuum leaks
Wiring problems
as these are very common.
i'm not sure what else to tell you, there are jsut too many variables.

ive checked the wiring and that wasent the problem we tested all of them and they had power goin to them but im thinkin it is a vaccum leak because when i put my hand on the throttle body the car doesnt die what can cause that? vaccum leak probaly?

vacuum leak for sure.
a bad AICV will cause this as well.

Im going with bad Vacuum somewhere, check all your lines off the intake manifold and such, I had a similar problem on my prelude.
Is there any CEL's? if not im stickin with bad programing. I know several people who bought bogus chipped ECU's and they have the wrong maps, and Raised the IAC duty cycle to 100% so that its runnin all the time.
the sir2 intake manifold doesnt have a map on it if im correct... and hes not running the p30... and a p28 calls for a map... if he doesnt have an external map could that be the prob?

probably not a vacuum leak....vacuum leak would hold constant high idle
IACV is mostlikely the problem or air in water lines

if there is no MAP hooked up then this is a problem that needs to be fixxed
