You could just modify your DX/CX harness for the VTEC wiring....alot cheaper than buying it. Only have to add 2 wires at the ECU & move 2 more to different pinouts. Add 1 ground wire on the engine side and add a couple connectors, boom thats it.

You still have to do at least one mod on an EX harness unless you use an OBD1 ecu conversion. SOHC harnesses use a 3-wire crank flux sensor/plug, the B-series only have a 2-wire so you need to get a 2-wire plug and swap that in if you are using an OBD2 LS ecu.

If you are just putting a stock LS in the only other mod besides the crank sensor is the IACV needs to be changed from 3-wire to 2-wire plug. If you have a DX model Civic and use an EX harness, all the wiring & plug for the secondary O2 sensor will be missing from your vehicle. Again if you use OBD1 ecu this is not a problem, but if you are staying OBD2 you can just relocate the wires/plug for the secondary O2 sensor or just put an extension on it.

Integra engine harnesses do not work in 96-up Civics, at all.
