your turbo cant produce enough flow to fill the big intercooler.

when i upgraded my starion intercooler (small and crappy) to the johnnyracecar 6" my car felt like the ultimate piece of crap. small turbos and big intercoolers just dont mix. and the 2.5 piping probably didn't help much either.

i was running an IHI rhb5 turbo on a d16a6 which is pretty tiny. pressure dropped from 11 psi to 4 psi. huge difference.

my solution .. i bought a t3/t4 50 trim that should be able to blow my motor to little pieces

feeling less power from less boost pressure at the engine and/or running lean from the new power. Check your plugs. do you have a way to up the boost to make up for the pressure drop?
