Default Which would be a better Frankenstien?

Which would be a better combination for a frank? H22A Head & GSR Block or GSR Head & B16 head?

Anyway, though i never seen a flow bench test (you could probably find some if you hunted), many say the B16 head out flows the GSR slightly. So your idea of GSR head on a B16 block may a bit backwards. And most obviously, if a GSR block is available to you, why would you want to consider the 1.6 B block?

GSR head + B16 block = 1.6L with decent flow
B16 head + GSR block = 1.8L with slightly better flow

Which would you rather have???

Head swaps seem to be tricky little critters, so research, research, research. Changing heads affects things like CR and there are also ECU issues (IAB on the GSR etc.)

Wish I could tell you more, but I just don't have the experience in this area. Just do your homework if you're actually gonna build a Frank.
