ls crank...is that all I need? what exactly does the machine shop have to do?

LS crank, B16 rods, custom piston with a .955 compression height and .748 wrist pin in your choice of bore (ranges from STD - 82mm with unsleeved block), rods rebushed to accept .748 pin

R/S ratio will be 1.51, a very minumal decrease in rod angle from the stock LS 1.54...

Going this route keeps the pin bore out of the oil ring groove and allows you to run a lightweight strutted skirt piston.
