Default my accord shudders when i accelerate..what can it be

when i accelerate in (any gear) ... my honda will shudder in the lower RPMs...it acts as if it was stalling but it's not..my power is close to nothing in the lower rpm but once i get over 2700 i am good to go.....
i tried all the typical stuff..changed my air filter as well as my feul filter as well as my spark plugs..my complete exhaust system is less than a year old (all stock)
what can you guys suggest next...

either a kink in the fuel line that is suffering the motor at lower speeds and starving you of fuel or you have bad ignition somewhere

i just changed both my front axles...so i know that they are good..i know that one of my mounts is bad and i planned on changing it this weekend...how do i go about cleaning egr ports?

also..i did change my timing belt two weeks ago but it was doing it before i changed the belt... i should also add that it also does the shuddering thing even when going down hill....i already checked that i am getting spark to all four plugs..what the best way to chase down a spark problem?
thansk again guys

When was the last time the clutch was replaced? It could be that the flywheel and pressure plate have some many hot spots on them and are just too worn out.

it's been a while seinced the clutch was replaced but i doubt that's the problem..she hold up pretty good at high RPM...i can still smoke my tires if i want to...this problem also happens when i am going down hill so i am sure it's not a problem with the power load..the electrical path seems to make more sence.. i already changed the spark plugs..and it did nothing
