Default OEM D series Pistons and rods for forced induction?

Ok I know the weakness on a D series are the Rods, but how about the pistons?. How much whp can stock pistons handle before they go out. Im planning on doing a build in the near future to bump up the boost on my D series turbo. I know for sure I am getting Eagle rods but I have not heard of anyone complaining about the pistons. Can the pistons them selves handle 250whp. Im sure my goal is a bit lower then that but I want to keep it on the safe side of things, and don't want my engine to take a dump while Im cruising around. Im sure with proper tuning the pistons and rods can handle my goals but like I said I want to be on the safe side of things.
