Default shift boot Q

I cant get my shift boot to stay up, i want to keep it flush with the bottom of my **** with out the actual shifter showing. this isnt that big of a deal but ever since i got my new shift **** its starting to bother me. Anyone have any ideas on how to keep the shift boot from sagging?
thx

grab some electrical tape and wrap it at the base of the shifter just below your "****". after you wrapped it enough you can pull the shift boot over the tape. The shift boot should rest on top of the tape. If not and it still sags keep wrapping tape around the base of the shifter below the "****" until the shift boot rest on top of it.

tell...

Instead of tape use a zip tie like the one's they use at stereo shops(small black one's). Take off the top **** of the shifter bag and fold just a little inside and zip tie around it on the shift lever. It won't loosen like tape and will hold well. Make sure it's not too tight or you will tear the shifter bag in time. Hope this helps

You can get the MOMO shift bag that has velco on the side and small straps on top to position it wherever you want to. I have this and it works well.
