how to by pass clutch and where to place shock sensor.
ok i set up my viper alarm and need to bypass the clutch for the remote start to work. how do i do this. also the brake switch i know i can get it at the pedal but it seems like a bitch to get your hand way the hell up to the switch. also where the hell do i place shock sensor i found a place next to steering wheel and i have not yet messed around with it but it seems to not work that well when it come to the rear of the car. should i get the audio sensor or the heat sensor unit.

There are two switches on the clutch. The one that is easy to see is apparently only for the cruise control. There is another switch that gets pushed on when the clutch pedal is being pushed in, and that's the one that kills the starter (as far as I know).
For the shock sensor, the best way to do it is to screw it into something so that it's firmly attached to the car. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a spot to do that well or easily. I haven't finished my install yet (still need to do starter kill and find the correct door pin wire), so I've got it temporarily held to the car with wire ties. I'm going to take another look at things and see if I can find a good place/way to secure it to the car...

The switch that you need to bypass is the one that is at the top as Weston said. The best option if you want to bypass the switch is to make it so the clutch switch still works when not using the remote starter. By using a relay you are able to bypass the switch when only using the remote starter. Otherwise just do a simple bypass. For the break light switch, I know it is a bitch but the one all the way up by the break pedal is really the only one. For the shock sensor the best place to mount it is on the steering column. Just use one or two zip strips, and zip it nice and tight. Good luck, try to hide everything as best you can. Don't use t-taps or wire-taps unless you REALLY REALLY have to. Solder and heatshrink/tape all the connections. And use black wire loom to help it match the factory wires.

For the clutch, use the neg. trigger wire from the remote start module (when it attempts to start) and tap it into the wire on the pedal. If it doesnt have a neg. trigger wire you will need to use a relay.
OR
If you dont care about the clutch as a safety switch, you could run a ground wire to the wire on the pedal. But in doing this you will be able to start the car without the need to have the clutch pedal pushed down.
I had my shock sensor zip tied above my steering column, problem was that the front had to be too sensitive for the rear of my car to be to my liking.
This march I'm considering moving my shock sensor to underneath the center console. Theres space behind the parking break and it's solid as well as central to the car. You might be able to look into this if no one comes back with a bad reason to mount there.

If the brake switch is a pain in the butt to get to, you could always tap into the brake light wires in the back.

my shock/impact sensor is under my center console by the parking/e-brake cables/assembly.. when it was zip tied to the steering column i had trouble w/ the alarm going off/warn away when big trucks rolled by.. i guess the vibration of the ground would travel up my wheels/steering rack to the steering column or something.. and it was more sensitive on the windshield and hood area than on the rear of the car.. try to find a park of the vehicle that is most centerline.. like under the center console.. my proximity sensor is in the center too..
