Default damn turbo

ok, i got the turbo on, blah blah blah. theres a problem. when i rev the motor the turbo spools fine, but when i let off the gas, the turbine slows, but it makes a chattering noise. i was like what the ****? so i drove it and it pulls hard but still makes that noise. so what do you think it is? i have a slight oil leak but i think its because of my drain line being a litle kinked. HELP ME!!!! the car needs to be better ny sunday!!!!!!
edit" its not like a twist, its like when you bend a hose and it bind a little bit in the middle. help me out here guys

stop driving the ******* car right now for one thing. fix the drain line so that there are no kinks in it.....get a braided stanless line, those wont kink. and adjust your blow off valve. it needs to be loosened so that it can vent air like it is suppose to. if you dont have a bov, then you need to get one. NOW

haha I don't think you can blame any of this on the turbo. Sounds like you should blame a bad mechanic. Also sounds like you either don't have a bov or it's not adjusted right either way still on the mechanic

the blow off valve works, but i guess that makes sense so where should i use a vac source? i was using the brake booster but that has my gauge and my bov off of it. i have the turboxs horn style. i fi loosen the top, will that help, or cut a coil or two off the spring? help me out here fellas.

i appreciate all the help so far

sounds like comp surge like someody else said. adjust the spring tension on the BOV (back the screw out) from where its located on ur BOV. also i would have the BOV hooked up to its own vaccuum source. hope this helps
