Default BOV question...

i am running NA with everything turbo still installed except for the turbo, i have a normal header on there. Now i popped the hood and i heard noise coming from the BOV, like air was being sucked in through the port on it (its a greddy tpe-s). So the intuitive person i am i stick my finger into the hole to see if its open and it was slightly open and air was being pulled into it. Is that supposed to happen, the vacuum line is still hooked up to it as well...

yep totally normal....I'd say remove the vaccum line and plug up the vaccum line to the source. Actually NM just reinstall your stock or old Air intake system. It's easy to do and you'll get better performance before you put the turbo on. If you ever plan to
