Default d16z6 injectors on d15b7

i just did a quick search and came up with a little info but,
i just took the intake mani off my z6 and was wondering..

will it make a difference if i swap out my dx ( i believe 180cc) injectors for the z6 (240cc) injectors??

would i be running to rich or lean??

and i have a header on and i recall someone saying you can tell if your running rich/lean by the color of your header (blue/copper)..?

and if i do swap out my injectors will i need to swap out the rail as well as the wires that lead to the top of the injectors?? or can i just exchange the basic injector?

thanks for the help

They are both 240cc injectors wont make a difference unless one has less miles on it then it might be cleaner. Also you wont be able to tell by the color of a header....lol reading your plugs is the easy way, best way is wideband o2

If you did a injector swap its all the same just change them out no need to change the plugs on the injectors or the fuel rail. Hope this answers all your questions

hammer on your head foo'. the injectors are not the same cause i have a d16z6 and the injectors have a part #4108 and the d15 is #4106. i had to swap mine and there are not the same it is d15 180 cc and d16z6 is 240cc. they will fit though but u might be running rich but its the other way around like me youll be running lean but i think ull be fine if u have other mods on your car like a cai. this will help it even it out. Running rich has also to with your ecu, o2, etc. there is a thread on this board where it show the cc for each injector but it only show ex/si 92-95 which is d16z6 but no smaller trim.
