obd1 d15b fuel cutting @ 5000rpm (went through 10+ pages of searches)
Checked all sensor plugs twice, they are in the correct places
Tried different ecu's
Checked continuity of vtec solenoid / oil pressure switch / MAP sensor wires (still have others to check)
pulls hard until 5krpm sometimes 5.5k then seems like fuel is being cut off
I can't find the service plug to check the ecu codes... Is there another way to check the code?
Engine check light is on when car is running
I'm out of clues... help?

I know how to check the ecu codes like that, I think the previous owner cut it out or hid it somewhere, because I used to have a 93 hatch and I've checked the ecu codes before I just can't find the service plug anywhere on this particular civic
Is there another way of checking it?

You mean the one that plugs into the OBD2 cars? That probably won't work...
Keep looking for the connector, Some cars have it plugged into a dummy connector, or taped to the wire harness. If all else fails, just ground the appropriate wire on the ecu "manually".

Which wire would I need to ground on the ecu? I can do that... the wires are supposed to be white/black and red/black... there are 3 plugs that are 2 wires but none of them are those colors and they all seemed to be pluged into something
