Default check engine lights cant read the codes!

93 integra when i start the car it idles like crap then after about a min or when it warms up a little the idle jumps up to about 2k and the cel comes on. now when i go to jump the plug and turn the ign on the cel light doesnt even come on at all. the only thing not pluged in is the oil pressure one by the oil filter the plug was broken off.

whats the vacuum fitting? my map sensor has some plastic broken off around the plug pins but all the pins are good.. i have check engine codes but i dont think i can check them because im running an obd1 ecu in an ek. the scan tool for obd2 wont read it and theres no jumper to read the blinks. should i get a new throttle body though?
