Default looking for more power sohc Zc isnt cutting it

need some suggestions on what to swap to i want dohc v-tech that can withstand 10-18 psi boost

first of all it's vtec. second, if you want more power, dont just get rid of the sohc, throw together a junkyard/custom turbo kit and boost the bitch.

......what are your actual goals.

horsepower and torque.

then decide what engine is capable of those goals.

you want boost? try a lower compression engine. ie: not a high compression vtec. unless you want to rape your piggy bank with a steel ***** in engine internals.

you dont need us for this.

You may want to look into these models. H series are on sale right now but everyone will tell you go B series.

You could try a dohc zc engine with a turbo kit.

why not turbo the motor you have? it can handle 200hp+ with good tuning. you dont always have to swap to have more power. plus the turbo kit would be cheaper than swapping if you put it together yourself
