Default changing the exhaust housing on a garrett t-3 42/.48 a/r

if i were to change the exhaust housing to a .63 a/r, would i be able to reach the red line with out losing boost at a lower rpm? also when i change it out do i have to change the blade also? thanx in advance

I would look into a higher flowing compressor section.. Talk to Stan(flamenco-t) about this..

will the turbo as it sits with the 42/.48 a/r reach at least 7500k rpm without losing boost?

you wont loose boost...

you should be fine depending on how much you're boosting. It shouild hold 8 psi to 7500 rpm.

If you're willing to swap housings, get a bigger intake side....it will be much more effective and you won't add much lag compared to the exhuast side.

i plan on just boosting up to 10psi on my gsr. what size compressor housing should i get?

yes, and a 60/48 would be a nice sized turbo.
