1. Spool is going to depend on the manifold, dp and exhaust
2. Swapping the stock CHRA for a BB CHRA isn't going to have the effect you're hoping for....it is merely a good way to waste money. The compressor and exhaust wheels in a BB GT series turbo are designed specifically for the BB CHRA; whereas, the compressor wheel in your 60 trim is not. You're not going to see any gain other than in the realm of transient response. Spool time will stay the same. You could use the money somewhere else more effectively.
3. On my last setup w/ a log manifold and 2.5" exhaust, i was hitting 9psi at 4600rpms in 3rd gear...

-If you want better spool, get a different turbo, but DO NOT waste your time and money on a BB CHRA swap as it isn't going to do a thing for you....if you need help picking out a turbo, PM me...i can help you out a little bit seeing as we're both in the same situation...

Just remember quicker spool means more wheelspin, and new tires more often.

Just replace little things as you go. It's hard to give facts, because everything effects hp differently.

Mine spools quick because I'm running a 2.0L gsr, and higher boost levels, so the ramp up is huge.

To make 350hp you'll need 12-15 psi. you should be happy with that for a while.
