i accidently let a wire touch a piece of metal that goes to my cig lighter and it sparked and smoked a lil and i dont have a clue because now my cig lighter dont work and the cd player dont turn on, and i checked the fuse for it under the dash

 

You need to check it again, otherwise there may be a fuse under the hood you need to check. Im almost positive its the one under the dash, check it again dude.
